China Building Product is a company owned by husband and wife team, Anna and Jerry Qin.
Both with vast experience in the building component sourcing industry and international shipping, they have formed a formidable team, specialising in the sourcing of building industry products for property developers, building companies and specifiers in the USA, Britain, Europe and Australia. Anna has considerable background in building industry product sourcing, dealing with international clients on a daily basis, and is totally fluent in English. Jerry’s background in international sea freight allows him an insight into the best options available to you for packing, storage and shipping of your purchases. Such is the respect for the pair that one out of every two new customers comes to them via the recommendation of their existing clients.
Anna and Jerry’s goal is not to be the biggest company of its kind in China, but to be the most respected. ....Honesty and integrity is paramount.
Most of our clients are shocked to find out that in many cases they can purchase items direct from manufacturers in China for less than a quarter of the prices they currently pay in their own country.
This allows either dramatic savings on the purchase of items for you project or can also allow considerable quality upgrades of items such as bathroom, kitchen, tiles, lighting and even furniture whilst still allowing the project to come in dramatically under budget. Most westerners find the prospect of negotiating language and culture barriers simply too daunting.....

Based in Guangdong Province, (an area famous for low pricing on manufactured goods) Anna and Jerry have a massive existing database of building product suppliers. You can do everything from the comfort of your office chair, or you can come to China and visit us. We will happily act as your guides and interpreters as you inspect the products for yourself and place orders
We source suppliers, visit factories, check quality, place orders, arrange payment, arrange pickup, arrange packing, arrange shipping and paperwork, we do the lot.
Clients are charged an hourly rate of USD$10.00, it’s that simple.
If we spend a total of 30 hours sourcing goods for your order you pay us USD$300.00
If we spend an 8 hour day touring factories you pay us USD$80.00 (plus competitively priced transport costs -)
We also offer an alternate payment system., whereby you pay us 5% of the total value of your order ( plus competitively priced transport costs) in return for all sourcing,negotiations with factories, quality control checks and arranging.shipping paperwork etc.
We DO NOT receive commissions from factories on your purchases, and that allows us work ONLY in the interests of our customers.
